Cake flavours
Our cake flavours are made fresh in-house and finished with our signature fillings, compotes and Swiss buttercream. Below is our current flavour selection for whole cakes and custom orders.

Gluten-free option
Flavours marked (GFO) can be made gluten-free on request. A $10 gluten-free surcharge will be applied at checkout. Flavours marked (GF) are gluten-free as standard.

1. Victorian sponge cake: lemon curd, house jam, fresh berries, berry compote, vanilla Swiss buttercream (GFO)
   
   
2. Coconut & cherry: white chocolate and coconut mud cake, cherry compote, vanilla Swiss buttercream, almond streusel

4. Berry chocolate: chocolate buttermilk cake, raspberry curd, raspberry compote, dark chocolate ganache, raspberry Swiss buttercream  (GFO)
   
   
5. Fairy bread: 100’s & 1000’s vanilla butter cake, white chocolate ganache, 100’s & 1000’s (GFO)
   
   
6. Lemon & passionfruit: vanilla butter cake, lemon soak, lemon and passionfruit curd, white chocolate ganache  (GFO)
   
   
7. Biscoff: chocolate buttermilk cake, biscoff spread, biscoff crumb, biscoff Swiss buttercream
   
   
8. Caramel espresso: vanilla butter cake, espresso soak, coffee caramel Swiss buttercream, dulce de leche, cookie crumble
